My name is Matthew Seymour, I'm 32 years old and I love making video games. Working on game environments has always been a passion of mine. Figuring out how games work and tinkering around in the various game editors is my career and a hobby.
I have professional experience in Unreal, I've been working for Bend Studio since 2015 and was an Environment/Level artist on Days Gone for 4 years, I'm now a Game designer.
I have also worked in Unity, CryEngine, Source and Creation kit while I was in college. I spent a semester working on each engine with a mentor to learn how they worked. I also tinker on my own with personal projects from time to time.
Spent my time wearing a lot of different hats with a growing studio and my responsibilities included, but not limited to: population, terrain layout, terrain sculpting/painting, open world layout/design, Mission layout, Encampment layout/design, Caves/Mines, and tree forts.
